🏦 Amdax launches AMBTS to build EU Bitcoin treasury. The Dutch crypto firm plans to list AMBTS on Euronext Amsterdam and aims to eventually hold 1% of all Bitcoin. Backed by regulatory credentials, AMBTS targets institutional investors seeking exposure to Bitcoin via public markets.
🌏 American Bitcoin eyes acquisitions in Japan, Hong Kong. The Trump-linked miner, holding 1,941 BTC, aims to build a major Bitcoin treasury by acquiring Asian firms. Backed by $200M raised in June, it plans to follow Strategy’s playbook of aggressive BTC accumulation through public companies.
🇺🇸 Tether hires ex-Trump crypto aide Bo Hines. The former White House official will help lead Tether’s U.S. stablecoin expansion, signaling deeper political ties as regulatory pressure on stablecoins grows.
💰 KindlyMD buys 5,744 BTC for $679M. Following its merger with Nakamoto Holdings, the company’s reserves now total 5,764.91 BTC at an average cost of $118,204 per coin. CEO David Bailey reaffirmed a long-term plan to amass one million bitcoin as a corporate treasury strategy.
🌍 SoFi adds Bitcoin-powered remittances via Lightspark. The new service uses Bitcoin’s Lightning Network and UMA tech to enable faster, cheaper international money transfers. Initially launching in Mexico, transfers will be embedded in the SoFi app with full fee transparency and 24/7 access.
